No one is bother u for learning for only 1 year. They gave u bus transportation( half of bus transport cost u should have to pay).That's it.

...ive u any kind of training at that time. You should have to learn on yourself. They hire u on 10k at starting salary for fresher even u did B.E. in any stream. After 6 month they gave u 17.5k (if your lucky).after 1 year your salary gonna hike to 2k (just 2k don't except more from them), The laughable thing is that production department just taking follow ups for material and doing any other jobs instead of production like sweeping floor on shop floor cleaning floors, taking readings of generator diesel tank about how much diesel is remaining. Water supply is not good once upon a time pigeon (kabouter) was dead in water tank and so many labor drink that water and get ill. If u want to go washroom then u don't have any separate washroom u have to do with labors. And too dirty smell comes out of it u literally vomit on the spot. If you did any overtime after your working time then u should have to fill voucher for it then you have to take signature from your head after that manager then HR and company's CFO (she is owner of that company as well) she asked a lot of question about your overtime like she is interrogating about crime from you. She don't have a manners how to talk to engineers. Honestly there a no difference between engineers and labors. Manager (Nilesh Gholap) is project manager over there. He just do sweet talk to u until his works done. After that he don't care about your work and presence ,importance in project role. They even tortured u when u resign for your notice period and experience letter. Gaurangi samant (HR) is making excuses while giving u experience letter. She is not capable of giving your experience letter on time(your last working day).U have to collect your experience letter after u exited from the company after 2-3 day later the HR queen if she have time then she will give u. Even she did lot of spelling mistakes in name on experience letter. Honestly and lastly I m not satisfied management team. Even they hire me on high salary I m not gonna joined that company. Its enough as of now. Trust me I'm spitting reality in that firm. At the end its your call to join or not. It's fine.
