Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

I worked hard for the company but mr rahul jaiswal was area head and paresh gupta was owner that time ditch me ....they are about money only.... they did not give my traveling expenses and incentives..................................... now rahul jaiswal is running a company named arc legum pvt limited.... And he did fraud in Gic company area punjab Punjab patiala.....so please aware of these type of persons.....good luck....
