The pay is fine, can’t expect any promotions. Flexible timings. Coworkers are good.

Politics and partiality in teams, the culture that the company had when I joined vs now is like black and white difference. They don’t really care if you’re overworked or about your personal work life balance. They’ll motivate you to work more even if you’re already overworked. Can’t contact any of your higher ups in case of any emergency, but they’d like for you to be available even if you’re on your day off

A very good place for freshers to learn and Excel. Works on latest technology like AI, Embedded and Compilers. Wonderful Management and HR team. Wonderful work culture. Great leadership and mentors (based on BU). Flexible timings and hybrid work policy.

Dislikes

...l employees Few managers will over react to your performance(only few not all). Very less benefits and average salary for experienced employees. Few teams will have politics inside.(Based on teams, Not company) Average work-life balance.

... things faster in a short amount of time but I don't recommend to stay for long - Pay is very less for the kind of work they expect us to do. - Dominant HR head person - Silly politics within smaller circles - Not a big deal. You will be a figure out how not to become a victim for it in short time
