nothing i like in multibhjashi solutions pvt ltd as its not western vocal academy so no growth for music trainers rare sessions they get amnd also nri clients in multibhashi change their trainers if the trainers wanted to train their kids keybaord from the basic and if trainerts wants that kids memorize the skills by regular practice and then show it without watching it whjen they feel it hard to do they change trainers nri clients kids dont practcie and neither cooperate keyboard trainers company dont give sessions less inquires for music sessions

Work from home, provided notes to trainers so didn't have to come up with one's own notes, cooperative team, no stupid company politics

Dislikes

Salary and lack of job security: if a student doesn't attend class then u don't get paid for that class. One student didn't attend 12-13 classes. Lost a lot of money. Not the fault of teacher if student doesn't attend class. Batch can get dissolved anytime the moment attendance goes low. Then u don't get paid. Must wait for couple of days to get something from them. Not a stable source of income. Will recommend only for newbies to get some experience in and then leave asap.

No i won't suggest multibhashi solutions pvt ltd a best place to work asa keyboard vocal trainer because the company don't give the mobile no.of students to trainers neither trainers to students secondly it's not a music academy that more music training enquiries come here it's a language learning institute where more enquiries is for language learning courses secondly the students from multibhashi r not regular and sincere if they r not available they don't skip the class in result trainers have to reschedule the class and by doing this they lose their one day amount and per day students r not available so for keyboard vocal trainers like me who need a part time online music training job for 6-8 hours per day i won't suggest to apply at multibhashi

Teachers and students are not allowed to share their contact details teachers and students can only call from their webapp secondly if student is not available then trainers have to bear their financial loss of one day students from multibhashi won't skip their class secondly more enquiries r for language learning programs n courses rather than music training courses and no internal assesment in music

Multibhashi is a company that gives you lots of opportunities to grow along with flexible work timings and work-from-home opportunities. The company's management is wonderful and always keen to help you to grow in the organization, Sunita the head of HR of the company always addresses your problems and is willing to extend her help whenever it is needed. It's been 3 years here and many more to go.

There is nothing to dislike. It's a growing company and one can grow along with it.

Absolutely nothing I worked around 1 year .there was no growth or development in the organization if you want to stuck somewhere then go for this company..I even worked for 14 hours a day and they will even make you work on Sundays

Everything no work life balance ..the head Sunita Agarwal doesn't know how to behave with an employee she thinks that we are her house maids
