HR head don’t know anything about any process but he will act as company ceo. They don’t have testing guys in the beginning. Most of the head of department doesn’t have knowledge but will act as they are the smartest. Every month there will be minimum of 5 to 10 guys will get fired mainly from marketing department. They don’t have vision and that’s the reason you won’t see anything like releases in Jira. If you want to survive, the only way out is to pamper your head of department even if you know they lack knowledge and get abused by them. They will shout at you in front of everyone like fxxk is very commonly used language. They will always smoke in the office. If you have contacts with superior, you can be the head of department even if you have made blunders in the project. Every two days, something will change in the requirement, and then you need to develop and test the same within few hours. Meetings will never be in English. So if you don’t know their language, you are screwed. To showcase they are head of department, they will post against your piece of code in the group and treat you like you don’t know anything. Don’t think of complaining, you will be fired. Your experience doesn’t matter to them as for them you are dumbest and they are smartest. Timing in from 10 to 7. By the time you reach home it will be 8:15PM. So no life. Only join this company, if you don’t have option. Else on a daily basis you will scared about losing your job. Get ready for fearful sleepless night.

- Management is ruthless. They can abuse you in front of all. - No new technology. Only php storm. - Only two environment: Staging and Prod. Dev and test both develop and test in staging at the same time. - What ever you have developed and tested will go in vain. Suddenly someone will come from the management and ask you to do some change which might take a week but you will get 1 half day and night. Testing team need to test within development hours. So God knows what tester has tested will work in prod. - Head of Development will show you they know everything and are master. Join them - you will get to know what they come up with new tech, you are already aware and have used before. They won’t code, they won’t help you if you stuck. But they will blast you in front of everyone if you don’t complete your work or make some mistakes. - if you are Syrian, palestine and have contacts with upper management, then your chances of termination will reduce by 50%. But if you don’t belong to these nationalities, you chance of termination is 200%. - HR - I mean the head of HR. He will always be busy and won’t listen to your queries and can blast you as well. - PM are not experienced and not tech sound. Below age 30 are PM. So good luck. They will also blast you without listening you. They will only listen what upper management is saying. They are not there to help in any circumstances. - Beside no promotion, hike and other are normal in UAE. So can’t complain.
