Nothing to like there. Rough management , leave issues, no facility, no travelling provided then also travelling charges deducted from salary, etc

Management, system, poor rules for dress code and shift, no mobile usage to contact managers at least landline to be provided but not, everyone taken for granted.

During covid 19 pandemic the company management follow all safety measurement and precautions. And also follow the all guidelines given by government. In the company all employee the feel safe. I feel thankfull for give opportunity to work organisation like multi organics pvt. Ltd.

They didn't support during covid 19 period even they didn't give any amount of salary during lockdown period. Lot of deduction of salary, working culture is very hectic, they put lot of burden on freshers and there is no career growth and opportunity

Friendly working atmosphere with complete coordination among all the management levels of this organization. Best place for gaining experience in handling with all the chemicals , operations infact for a great career growth. Best part is it teaches one to be punctual running with the time.

Dislikes

Besides all the positivity working here in this organization what disappoints is the salary provided. It should offer a bit more handsome salaries to the working employee as it improves the work satisfaction level.

I like team work and I like to analyse the different different types of sample in different methods.

Exposure to hazardous chemicals,the possibility of the unpleasant odour depending on the specific chemicals being handled.
