It is a new erupted company ..................... not to join this company.... MANAGEMENT is only HR... no TECHNICAL Person from HO to co-ordinate .

... new erupted company . , Not to join this company. Management is only HR .... .. While signing the contract the company tells that 10% of salary will be kept on hold.... the whole day Company keeps on tracking staffs who is going where... no other job of HR.. THEY FEEL PROUD GETTING POWER TO CONTROL THE SITES

Water supply head vakhari sir is good person.

It is worst company. This firm deducted 1/3 amount from first three salary & also take cheque for security purposes. I advise Never ever join this company. this company employee Hr department bad experience.after two years not pay my 50000 amount selari. Hr department bad person.

It is good for retiered person.

Dislikes

Salary increment not given and company any time terminate employee without any notice period. First three months 1/3 salary cut & 1 salary check given by employee for security deposit and it is not return by company for most of the employee.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too
