ALL DECISION LIKE PAPER CUP & TEA COFFEE PURCHASE, FUEL RECORD OF COMPANY VEHICLE, NO. OF CUP CONSUMED BY EMPLOYEE FOR TEE & COFFEE ARE TAKING BY OWNER ONLY. ALL HR, ADMIN, ACCOUNT AND TECHNICAL DECISION ARE TAKING BY OWNER ONLY. WORKING HR. IS 9:30 TO 6:00 BUT OWNER CALL 5:50 PM TO HIS CABIN FOR TECHNICAL DISCUSSION AND TAKE 2-3 HRS. PERSONAL WORK OF HIS HOME MUST DO THE ALL EMPLOYEE, EMPLOYEE CANNOT DENIED. IF ANY ELECTRICAL ITEM IS BROKEN, HE ASK TO EMPLOYEE (ELECTRICAL ENGINEER) TO REPAIR IT, EVEN NORMAL SWITCH. OWNER IS ASKING EMPLOYEE TO DO SHOPPING FOR HIS HOME LIKE FOOD, VEGETABLES, MILK AND ALL
