Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Nothing is like about this and if possible i will give this to minus 5 star. Management of this company is very poor and salary deduction problem in every month without reason

Mmipl company does not given salary on time and all hr department person does not given satisfied answer and he always deduct our salary and said it's your fault and we cannot given salary.

Very good company.Management is cooperative. Job security .Giving good accommodation

Dislikes

No job training to new jones.salary is not given intime.some of staffs are not interested to work. Staffs leave and attendance is in Team Leader.

Too hectic work schedule. They make impractical bonds. Even after serving 60 days notice period they don't give your salary deposit back.
