What i like is growth is the priority here with access to skill development program, Learning opportunity and supportive work environment, we enjoy flexibility in work hours a focus on project completion rather than rigid routines & the freedom and power to take decisions without any intervention & also open communication with the management about our ideas and implementation adds a great value.
