Mufti is a good company but this company salary is not good..and this company they give salary in hand.and salary is very low.

mufti company need to work her staf. First stop in hand salary in Kolkata.and follow your RM and ASM this people is not good please change him. And try to salary need to grow up for staff...

As I was under the Franchise ,I have to report to showroom owner as well as company Area Manager, I had joined the company as fresher and did't get any training for the customer service nor how to make billing. But the store staff helped me a lot to learn everything. I have to make bills and maintain the accounting process of the store. Team size was 4 members including me.
