1. Huge Salary deduction as per example my salary is 40000 per month and Target 4 lakh and if I am unable to achieve my Target below 70% your salary will be deducted more then 60% I am receiving 17000-19000 per month from last 3 month because I don't other opportunities in my hand.
2. If you are a fresher and you don't have any option then only you join the group other wise this company is not be able to manage your monthly finance also even if you are 2 year old your salary will be deducted.
3. If you want to judge any organisation just see how many old employees are there in this organisation you will see only 5-6 employees are old in the team of 40 employees which shows company is not for long term option and no one is happy here.
4. You have to convert 15 clients per month for incentive which is next to impossible task in this product. They will tell you this easy but do not trust them.
So summary of this is salary will be deducted incentive is not there so why to join its my honest review if you want to believe them believe if you don't you will believe after 2 month of joining 😂.

...od they will praise you, 3rd month u underperform and they will throw you out. They asked me to leave the company, its been a week now and they haven’t given my salary yet and haven’t given me the relieving letter. This is very unprofessional. One month they gave me beat debutant sales award and other month they throw me out of the company.
Toxic environment for working professionals, employee do not work here more than 2 months. Thwy are scamming people by Charging money in advanced and committed share recovery in 1 years but its takes more than 3 years.
