Work environment is good ,compensation is decent as a research associate our role is to do research work under guidance of assigned professor . Got exposure of conducting international conference at mica. And teammate are very supportive .

Great place to learn and update skills. There is so much this place can offer.

Dislikes

There are many last minute work and unplanned efforts. No guidance from seniors. No training given making it like self initiated approach every time to solve the problems arising. So much is expected out of you in such a short time. This job is for freshers who wish to pursue career in academics.
