I have joined on Feb 1st given as digital marketing analyst so they have updated in offer letter as 15 days no pay but also agreed to work once they given us offer letter updated as 1st month targets of 100centres without giving us budget to generate leads we have to close it's seems, once we get those leads there is no follow up at all for long days wasted customer time, our time and then month got completed given offer to me to handle the team that also I agreed with that but there it was mentioned as target base salary and said will provide the budget will go with paid campaigns leads high expectations and all they said the days extended there is no proper resolution from the team They are not moving the process and getting delayed if it is from their end mistake final end of the month salary time you haven't done your target no salary if we discuss to move forward the process they is no response extending days. I left the organisation on March 10th was my last day till yet no salary no response 40 days was my charity work to them. Finally Who ever work with muditva there is no long future they will use your work but no salary for that how months you work that is your charity work I recommend you guys think before you join here wasting your time for interview and hardness... Worst company ever.... Don't join this company otherwise your future will be hell with muditva

They will waste your time for the process but end of the month they won't pay the salary play with our life.
