At the time of joining the management, employees are excellent. 30 + employees. Good atmosphere to work. Our team leader and PM have good technical knowledge. Our PM have 18-20 years of working experience. Able to learn so many thing from them. Another good point is flexible working time. No work pressure.

Dislikes

Recently almost all employees are resigned due to dirty politics. Our new PM have only teaching experience. So the employees worked under him is difficult. He saw all the things in the view of teaching. And no appreciation for sincere and hardworking employees. All the work assignment to designer, tester , developers given by the senior developers. Documentations also. But his fake show off will be get appreciation, the real persons behind the work / idea will not get recognised by the management .
