Great environment to work in, most people in your team are either your college batch ±3 years including your manager. A lot of scope to learn a lot in a short amount of time. High level responsibilities that people get here at 2-4 year experience is more than what people experience with over 10 years experience in other companies. Almost everyone is the organization is easily approachable for any thing.

Dislikes

Extremely poor work life balance. Extremely poor compensation. No bonus, no rewards for overtime or for working well or hard( occasional awards excluded here ). Very poor leadership, do not value the employees. No appreciation for good work. You are expected to give over 12 hours on a general basis. You are expected to work on weekends on projects with high work pressure. Such cases are seldom resolved with the clients / leadership. Since your team lead and manager are 2-3 years into the org more than you have been, there is always a sense of incomplete knowledge or perspective in dire situations or decisions.

It's just that your salary will be credited on the last working day of the month.. and the learning curve is a steep increase..

No peace... No work life balance.. at times people say you shouldn't smile here... Very toxic work culture is being followed..

... just depends on them when to fire. Perks are almost nothing. Timings are fixed. No diwali bonus. Lot of work to be done with less resources.

There is less hierarchy. Even people at the lowest of hierarchy can ask questions. Learning curve is very good.

Work life balance is not good. Compensation and salary is less compared to others companies doing the same work.
