In Mu Sigma, only appraisal is good. Rest all things are worst.

Dislikes

...a day happened many times. Worked on weekends. Anytime layoff with fake reason. They fire experience people to hire freshers for cost cutting. Full politics, more politics than other IT companies.

...ob security. 1000 people laid off recently without any reason and notice period. Even only one month salary was given. Very bad work culture. Managers are not so good. Not an employee friendly org. Low pay and recognition. Selfiash and politics work environment. Langusitic devision. Toxic work culture. No scope for the people who want to learn. They fire people.

1. Work timming - 1 PM - 11 PM ( sometimes goes till 2 am) 2. 4 yrs bond with 10 Lakhs compensation 3. Most of the work is business related, very less work related to core tech like ML 4. Sometimes have to work on Sat, Sun ( for 1-2 hrs)
