1. Work timming - 1 PM - 11 PM ( sometimes goes till 2 am) 2. 4 yrs bond with 10 Lakhs compensation 3. Most of the work is business related, very less work related to core tech like ML 4. Sometimes have to work on Sat, Sun ( for 1-2 hrs)

... leadership how can he lead the team efficient everything will be burdon on you. Worst thing here is they alway try to cut ur salary may be by saying u came 16 min late to the office or ur client did not gave us enough profit so u won't get variable pay.i saw in my team people didn't get a single penny from their variable pay or some people got mostly 30%.

Dislikes

Who can do nothing but a spooning survive here .They won't consider how much technically strong u r all that matter is how u can manage by doing spooning of the so called AL who is good for nothing .Al with 3 years lead the team he can not help u in any aspect for the team because he himself will not be knowing what needs to do for a team or a project.

When one leaves Mu Sigma, they always miss the people over here. I swear you won't find a company like Mu Sigma just after getting college degree. Mu Sigma environment allows friction amongst highly talented individuals to create some new and beautiful. The department which I work for gave me utmost freedom to experiment, research and iterate. I was able to grow both in terms of work and on a personal level.

Dislikes

The timings are not so great. Sometimes I end up working late. The compensation is decent, but considering the amount of work the company should be giving more. But if you are an individual who cares more about learning rather than money then this is the perfect place to be.

Able to explore more due to more responsibilities, as a side effect you have to learn more.

Dislikes

Pay, salary hike is poor. Work life balance don't expect in this company. Company culture is basically like a factory, churn out people. To solve problems company throws inexperienced people at it.

... just depends on them when to fire. Perks are almost nothing. Timings are fixed. No diwali bonus. Lot of work to be done with less resources.
