There was no job security and pay cut from the package even increased variable pay out of our package

Work place was good but there was no support during covid. Lot many people got fired even they did not gave chance to serve notice period.

...orst place to work for. They have moral values and all they care about is money. You have to pay 10 lakhs to leave this company but they can remove you as they like.

... leadership how can he lead the team efficient everything will be burdon on you. Worst thing here is they alway try to cut ur salary may be by saying u came 16 min late to the office or ur client did not gave us enough profit so u won't get variable pay.i saw in my team people didn't get a single penny from their variable pay or some people got mostly 30%.

Who can do nothing but a spooning survive here .They won't consider how much technically strong u r all that matter is how u can manage by doing spooning of the so called AL who is good for nothing .Al with 3 years lead the team he can not help u in any aspect for the team because he himself will not be knowing what needs to do for a team or a project.

Able to explore more due to more responsibilities, as a side effect you have to learn more.

Pay, salary hike is poor. Work life balance don't expect in this company. Company culture is basically like a factory, churn out people. To solve problems company throws inexperienced people at it.

... just depends on them when to fire. Perks are almost nothing. Timings are fixed. No diwali bonus. Lot of work to be done with less resources.
