It was good experience with IT team and overall MTU India.
Dislikes
...ayroll of that company MtU India then its good for you and also having benifits. But mostly they hire contract basis so its not secure and less salary and benifits. Overall work culture is good and same fir everyone.
As a company MTU is very good, it's policies employee benifits and development plan is very good

No appreciation of work, just bossing.
No trainings given.
No satisfaction of work
Job content was interesting as it involved working on Defence land systems. It was challenging because of the close interaction needed with the MoD, GoI.
Management lacked working knowledge of Army ethos & Defence land systems development process & procedures. Yet it failed to acknowledge & make use of the domain expertise brought to them from my Army experience.
