All the series of competitive exams is good but the culture of the company is not good the senior Management is not having that much experience of the market. So that employee's are not satisfied with the culture and working style of the company as well.

There is no monetary support from company, my job is on forlouge for that I got the information after 48 days of being LWP. A timely information of being laid off would have given me time to be prepared.

MTG learning media pvt lts is a publishing house which publishes competition exam books. You dont habe to work for late as their work timing is just like govt office.

Dislikes

Work environment, as there is line drawn between males and females you cannot talk to much with you colleagues who are male

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards.
