Been an intern for about 1.5 months. I like how it is work from home +flexible hours.

Dislikes

I felt like the amount paid was less according to the work done. Also the stipend mentioned on Futwork was way more than what we negotiated. But at the end of th day, I was paid how much I should have been paid..

The company is a start up in health care, along with the help of technology it is an innovative thought to make the health services reach every individual of the country by their services. I'm glad that it is my first job with such a very good family like supportive team and colleagues.Encourages to be innovative and work on it.Friendly environment and no work pressure.

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?
