Even after being an intern, they force you to work during off hours. They pay according to the number of tasks completed. Whatever tasks you complete they will discard most of them and pay for only a handful of them.

I have been associated with MTC for many years now and have been very happy working with the entire team. They management is friendly, open and transparent in every way possible. They recognize their performers and encourage those who need improvement to scale up. I enjoy working with them.

Sometimes workload is very high and results are expected at jet speed. Can be exhausting at times. Requires more employee engagement activity.
