I like work life. No Pressure environment. Compensation is fair. Managers are cool.

Dislikes

No Health Insurance. No Proper management. A lot of South Indian colleagues. Not that its bad, but I cant talk free in Hindi/Marathi. Not so serious about progress and expansion. Most of the stuff is on paper.

Nothing they just wait the employee timing and efforts dont join this organisation

Dislikes

They hire employees for the name only after hiring they dont even have the project to tranfer, and luckly if you get into the project then after someday like 15 to 20 days they told us that due to budjet issue or cost cutting they put you on the RMG directly and after that your reporting manager just told you to search for other opporutnity outside as they dont have the required project towards them so i would suggest dont join this organisation

Its the company culture which I like the most also they are very good in terms of skills development.

Dislikes

Since its a service based company, so if there is no project and you are on bench for 90 days then any day HR can call you saying your last working day is in next 15-20 days.

Lot of learning and free time

Dislikes

Too much free time, have to take an effort to create work. Appraisal is random, no discussion takes place and doesn't reflect the performance, It only depends on company revenue.
