Likes

Good work environment and cuture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address for Trainee's issues. Stipend is decent.

Likes

Seniors behaviour with trainee is very friendly. Trainees even can study at office in their free time. Work culture is great for the trainees.

Dislikes

Nothing as such as a trainee, but the learning scope is not huge. In the full time employment level, the workload is not distributed to everyone appropriately. Office politics are present in many cases.

It's a Government of India PSU under Ministry of Steel so very comfortable secure job with very lesser job responsibilities.

Dislikes

Being a Government Company, job responsibilities, career growth, opportunities etc will be based on seniority which actually takes a long time and your performance hardly takes you anywhere

THE COMPANY HAS CURRENTLY GIVEN EMPHASIS ON E-COMMERCE BUSINESS AND IS OPEN TO DEVELOP THE E-COMMERCE PLATFORM IN HOUSE. MARKETING DEPARTMENT HAS ALSO DEVELOPED INNOVATIVE IDEAS TO DO BUSINESS BASED ON RISK MANAGEMENT POLICY OF THE COMPANY.
