Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Excellent team work culture And was glad to had a part of MS security firm and great job security and a being part of MS security firm offered me great career growth as MS security has a global client base and had a chance to traval overseas ie singapore ,Hongkong ,Dubai ,srilanka etc .Ms security firm is growing globaly which means had a chance to work with different culture people . Great thing about Ms security firm is they have rehire policy.

While working for ms security firm had a great experience and dont see any dislike about the company ,had a great team work and training for skills development was on time also was satisfied with salary and had great work environment.
