There is nothing to like about this company. I would not even give it 1 star..Worst Experience.

Dislikes

I would not recommend anybody to work in MSS INDIA, I worked here for the 1 year and resigned. The work pressure is tremendous..Work environment is good..staff is helpful. But so much politics in the organization. No skill development..I learnt nothing in 1 year of experience..They didn't even give me the Experience Letter..Totally Disappointed. Worst Experience.

I am so happy to working in MSS INDIA PVT LTD (MNC Company) because of it's lot of learning is meet. I achieve the Goal fully support by Management Team & production team.it's 90% is Export Parts Dispatch by 10% Domatic Parts.

Likes

People on shop floor are very supportive. Workers and officers are technically sound. Almost the staff are working more than 5 years. Training sessions are very useful. Inspection lab is well equipped.

No satisfied salary increments. No extracurricular events, gathering and celebration. Bus, canteen facilities are not available. Priorities are only for work and not for employee engagement.

Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
