Hr team reacts fast, salary on there times Good for freshers , experienced and retired employees Cafeteria is awesome it is like 5 start hotel Free meals , free cab, new joiners they provide 3 start hotel atleast 3 months They treat everyone equally freshers or senior's House keeping guys are good they always give respect especially to freshers Coming to hikes no company can maintain this standard every year they try to give 60 to 80 percent hike. Coming to job security good life balance If they don't have project they won't remove from the project we only automatically resigns from the company.

...this company dont know their job role, they listen to what manager says to them. Managers are the spoiled brads, they come to office just because they r getting salary and if u will not listen to their illogical orders then they know how to convince HR against you. Worst part of this company is the management..guys trust me and dont join this company just fr the shake of money...

There is nothing to like in MSR IT. Most worst part of this company is their managers and management. Everyone who left this company got their FnF after 2 years or more than that. No future, no work culture, no joy, no interaction with managers and mànagement, no job security, managers r the don of this company, they dont have proper business, no medical insurance.

MSR IT Solution Pvt. Ltd. is a B graded small company with horrible management system. There is no fixed salary credit date. Terrible job security. No medical insurance. They do not deposit employee's PF on time. As per company's so called HR policy FnF amount is payable after 45 days from the last working day but they don't follow their own rules & regulations. Ex-employees have to follow up with them thousand times then you can get your FnF amount after 1 year's of time. You will get very bad behavior from HR & operation manager. If you go to company's director, they will not respond. Because of their poor management system they are loosing their client's projects one by one & employees are getting jobless.

Very bad culture in terms of transparency. Tenure people from other departments including front desk admin and housekeeping think they are owners of the company. Eg Badal Mondal, Jayanta, Kaushik, Pankaj. Management is reluctant to do anything for themselves or the employees. Eg of bad manager Abhishek Pradhan. No transport available anymore. Appraisal happens in alternate years if you are lucky. No professionalism, self-serving people
