So many point. 1) Hr department not supporting by Employee. Only supporting by Management. 2) And not security your job. 3) The security guard acts as if he is your boss 4) There is a lot of mental tension in the job. etc.....

Likes

Good work environment and culture computer police are good and they given good salary hike and culture even.

Dislikes

The company isn't good at all job security is less some seniors are helping others are opposing.

It's OK for people worth for jobs, and they pay people who are worth.. Not like typical private companies.. Little or No corporate politics

Future goals and expansion plans are bit opaque and dicy although group is cash rich by books

Good company for those who have salary scale above 30+k if your joining in low salary, no growth at all. Its works like a training centre need manpower at low salary scale but salary is regular without late, work is very friendly and calm but couldn't learn anything here... But u can work here like a central government servant.....

No growth, no salary hike, learning and R&D is zero...

Company culture is pretty good, work load is optimum, in simple words can say central government job secure and good teamt, but growth and salary hike is very low comparatively with competitive world..

Lesser salary scale, NO growth, NO R&D here, only focus is to achieve monthly target without any positive attitude....
