There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

People are rude especially all the managers they treated you like slave or worse than that. There is no increment and no health benefits which is the worst one. Every year accident happen and company won't give a penny. All the managers are corrupt and canteen service is like hell they take money for each meal around Rs.55 we complain many times but they won't take any action. This company is run by apprentice students and the funny part is apprentice do overtime and you won't get any help from your managers. Especially in my case my HOD won't give confirmation and it almost 1.5 months and he don't give a shit about you. Very unprofessional person his behaviour is so bad and he don't motivate you rather than loose your confidence of doing work. Please think twice before join this company. This company is all about showoff.

The 5* reviews are all misleading. Anyone being offered please do verify with the existing position holder or the departed employees. This will give a clear understanding of the working style, culture of the company. There are many old employees who do not allow new comers to settle down. They treat new comers as if they own the company. Mgt must look into it. Else people will come and go.
