There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign

People are rude especially all the managers they treated you like slave or worse than that. There is no increment and no health benefits which is the worst one. Every year accident happen and company won't give a penny. All the managers are corrupt and canteen service is like hell they take money for each meal around Rs.55 we complain many times but they won't take any action. This company is run by apprentice students and the funny part is apprentice do overtime and you won't get any help from your managers. Especially in my case my HOD won't give confirmation and it almost 1.5 months and he don't give a shit about you. Very unprofessional person his behaviour is so bad and he don't motivate you rather than loose your confidence of doing work. Please think twice before join this company. This company is all about showoff.

Here most likely to say HEAD OF POWER PLANT DIVISION IS NOT GOOD VERY POOR HEAD AND UPPER LEVEL ONLY WORKING FOR SELF ALL CREDITS TAKEN IN SELF WAY, ALSO TOUGH CHLLANGE TO WORK CURRENTLY

Here Upper level boss drinking in plant and no good culture misbehave of boss to engineer and workers every day they want people work 15 hrs if you want to take leave you have to tell all details about your personal
