...aintaines good relationship with top level management to bottom level employees. Also company provides salary, incriment, bonus, incentives and other alovence like PF, ESI, etc on time.

Sometimes i got continuous customer service and feel lack of manpower. So don't get relaxed with peak times and festivel times.

Its a max fashion franchisee, not following the lifestyle SOP standards and they have their own rules, pathetic management and the salary packages are lower compared to other franchisees , will not provide PF if the salary is more than 15k, and no overtime payments, there is shift timings but store managers will pressure the staff to work over time because of shortage of staffs, they will not fill staff gaps on time, because of that other staffs are under work pressure,

Pathetic management, lower salary packages compare to other franchisees, only looking for profits didnt care about staffs, heavy work pressure,
