There is nothing which you like, Duty time is not fixed, i did 18 hr duty, but no extra duty got. Very bad culture.

Dislikes

Company management is worst, HR is also worst. Salary structure is very bad, production incentive always deduct 40%. In the time of resigning their behavior become very rude, Hr management waste time alot

Good place for fresher's. And 1to 3 years exp people to learn technical knowledge and field service.

Dislikes

Proper structure to be create for the individual departments..this is based on my durinv working exp time. Dont know any now.
