I have good experience with the organization. A good organization with lot of New introduction to Indian and Global Pharma industry. Exploring the talents is a matter. Attrition rate can reduce with security of job, and proper monitoring of each individual. More training required as the requirement. A concern is such a superficial company fails to create numbers. I was a regional head, my failure was recruitment. HR has to take serious step for recruitment.

Compensation is good, but growth is slow. Job Security is a concern, Good learning, but as it is innovative medicines trainer has to reach to the level of Bottom level of employees, that is the huge set back feels for the success of these newer innovation, Work life balance is low because I was in a non performing Region. Respect from Doctors are very high, but in modern methodology of UN ethics the chances of success is tough with high allergy to the UN ethical practices.

Its a good indian comapany good colleagues good culture as a indian company good portfolio

Salary packages and allowances are very poor not match the current scenario of market very big portfolios so its diluted the foccus

If any family problems managers and HR department are not support to employee for leaves and rudely tells him to RESIGN. My manager and HR department told to me give RESIGNATION ,for this reason that's why I am RESIGNING here.

...ery high. 7.Don't ask about leaves.you have to work on holidays and extra hours.for that extra hour they don't pay u. 8. No online documentation any entry errors happens they will change the page. 9.even if it ur last option don't join in this comapny specially local people
