No defined rules and regulations for employees, Corrupt management. You will spoil your life if you join there. You will be mentally harassed each day. The head believes that this centre is his personal property. Though it is under Ministry of MSME and many may consider this is a Government job, but the fact is that it is worst that a private job even, it's not because of work load but because of unprofessional, self centered, irresponsible rude management. Moreover the officials is MSME ministry seems to be corrupt and don't even cares what trauma or harassment the employee is going through through the hands of head of these centres . It's better to sit ideal at home but never join such type of centre. These centres are only opened to fool public and to loot the money they got from world bank . Shame on the entire management of MSME TC Bhiwadi.

Terrible work place, terrible &Centre head. You will be tortured mentally while working here. . No professionalism, no work ethics. The Centre head is so corrupt & self centric. He is looting the money of the general public. There is corruption in admissions, recruitment, procurement. Even the MSME ministry don't bother if you complain about corruption. If you complain you only will be held guilty.

Govt Invested alot of money to make it a Himachal Pradesh Top tool room. But govt of india lacking in hiring a good quality senior management. Poor management leads to all tax payers money to loss.

Not for professionals. Trap on the name of Govt Job. Salary delay for 3 month every time.

It is good for freshers but not for experience one. I work as a trainee and there is no promotion or job security. Work culture is also not so good.

Dislikes

There is no up to date technologies, here only few new technology and also no training programs for trainers.
