There is a lots of politics and management doesn't address our issues. Someone loyly serve for this company at the time of leaving the company instead of getting honour from management, he have to face troubles problems like a salary hold not clearing the documents not giving experience later and many more....

You can learn how to handle mischievious and illeterate manpower and how to take maximum work output from them if you are made supervisor of the assembly line. In Quality, you can learn basics of documentations and all.. !

Dislikes

It is just an Automotive ancillary with around 30-40 staff and around 30-40 workers. Most of all these are mediocre and moderately educated with no average or poor background. You can work here for your stomach and basic needs but not for your big dreams. Thanks!
