...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Field officer's should have been working and what's security supervisor is doing for client satisfaction and no issues to msf and f/o should be support security supervisor and team while they don't have any issue .any without issue f/o don't give me duty there .my service was from day one starting and I continue worked for 5yrs without any issue and I managed all both sides like client and agency issues but finally I got lot of suffer from msf F/O

Ghana as a country is fine , MSF construction is a company unorganized working in 20 years model plan . Not recommended !!

Poor knowledge of English , uncomfortable working with Portuguese since they don't understand English , only their language Portuguese .
