I like to work with m.s.c. because of excellent environment of working,learning sessions.the policies are reliable everyone is supportive nd the rest facilities are impressive for employees.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.its like dream come true. In lockdown company give everything for us thank you msc

It's been past 8 years I'm working with MSC cruises and I love the company because MSC cruises take good care of crew on ship like food is good and Evan the company is faithful.

Dislikes

They should cut 50 us dollars from every salary of it's all crew and that money 💸 they should give back to crew each after 10 years .

Every two weeks they will crew party for all crew members to spend some valuable time and relax

Dislikes

Once finished contract it’s take long period of time to get next contract so many crew members facing lot of problem in rescheduling once finished contract almost 1year waiting
