There must be a system regarding work specially for account section . Salary is one of the biggest issues .slary must be fixed by keeping in mind of per capita income . A decent salary must be fixed along with perks.

...s IT Executive there, no growth / no increments but ₹500 per year very hardly./ very less salaries/ IT managers behaviour is so rude always want to take advantage of needy one always pressuring employs/ no employee support/ IT employs r resigning jut cause of above cause, they plays to hair experienced employee at fresher pay scale/ i wont recommend it to any 1if u still want to join do not be fool by them.

Compensation is average. The work pressure is depend upon the department which you are working. I have to work 8 hours. value an individual is also depend upon working on department. On job training and workshop provided to the Teachers and those who hold good positions.

The work place is supportive for employees and excellent platform for career growth, work environment is encouraging to continue for long time and fully job security.

Compensation and benefits are not much satisfying but can with work job satisfaction

My First Job and I Loves to work with MS Education Academy... At Midhani Kids & Boys Block as a Admin Incharge. Jazak Allahu Khair

Especially Timings As a Admin Incharge my timings are From 8 AM To 5:30PM But Some time I work overtime like I logged out at 10PM but no use.. ☹️
