Managements approach is not great, the Planning team is underutilized and not given tasks they deserved, Reason of leaving in short time - never felt like I am making any justice to the compensation and benefits offered

The company is big and the colleagues that is having a team work relation and supports.

Dislikes

Compensation is quite low, work pressure is high that even at the evening I will attend subcontractors and workforce calls but not valuing the efforts made by their employees.

I like MS Construction FZ LLC. Responsible for all aspects related to project quality assurance Quality control of the project specific quality plan.completion of final quality documentation in a presentable manner, in accordance with the conditions of contract.

I don't have any dislike about my work in MS Construction FZ LLC. Excited to work with my team and for the management . I really like with for the project quality management and control programme.

The company didnt have any organised structure. The quality of management was really poor. And no one can give you any security for your job.
