Dislikes

Work life balance is poor. Too much hard work is being taken by the company. Working hours is 10 hours 3 minutes mandantory even for the staff also which is very disappointed factor. No values for the person working with full dedication. Only values given to the persons who very much involved in the gossiping of company itself. Culture is too worst.

Now, I’ve been shortlisted for the Product Designer role and have learned from some sources that their maximum budget is 14 LPA. How should I approach the negotiation?
