Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

It is a great motivation to work at MrMed as the Company is into helping people with critical illnesses, looking to buy medicines at prices lower than the market price. The colleagues are also good to work with. The Founders are approachable and are always up to look into any issues faced by us. They allow work from home is someone is unable to come to office. At the same everyone is motivated to connect with other employees in other locations on calls and video conferencing.
