... day which made me felt like I wasn't even a part of the organization. Pathetic. Even my salary wasn't credited to my account on time citing financing transfer issues.

flexible timing on time salary WFH policy globally, but manager is biased while you avail this facility Did not recommend to join strategy head's(MR gupta) team, if you value your own respect.

Appraisals in 16 months, but team members will not get it. Their managers full their own account by stealing it all Ankoor Gupta, Strategy head demonstrate no clear vision of his own, relying team members work & thoughts & steal all appreciation during meeting & appraisals. demotivate, disrespect & harass you with is words & tone Consistently takes credit for the accomplishment of others, especially during appraisals, claiming all success as his own In meetings he avoids responsibility by shifting task on others, then falsely claim that he solve everything He easily manipulates EVP, who agrees with him without checking the facts He often harass team members by shouting on them & if this is not enough, he instructing juniors to drop escalation mails, by playing dirty politics. Never came in front of any.

- Top management lack of vision & is more focus on preserving their own positions, often making junior employees scapegoats - Culture is very disorganized & unprofessional - No appraisals or recognition of hard work, no growth in last 4 year - work place is riddled with politics & senior heads under vp not only allow it but actively encourage it - these heads take credit of juniors hard work, using it to secure their own appraisals - Management engages in gossip about team members & promote mess within team

Dislikes

..., achieving finacial freedom or maintaining a balanced life becomes challenging. With inflation always on the rise, the absence of salary growth makes it harder to sustain and plan for the future.

Good salary dont expect anything other than this. :)

Dislikes

The work pressure is very high. No appreciations, no bunker rooms available if you need to take rest if in case you are ill. Managers do not value individuals hard work. There are no hygienic restrooms in the company and also chairs are horrible.
