Average salary and no perks. Some managers are too toxic, mine was far better but overall culture isn't good from senior managers

Great team work and seniors are very welcoming and helping you. Will get lot to learn and time to learn by yourself to. If want to start a career with MRI Software, go for it. I have best experience till now.

Due to low market in 2023 salary hike was not much but the salary hike has not big gap.

India management is really bad Higher management promises things and fails to deliver it (including hike) Financial team has only 1 employee and he doesn't respond even after requesting for weeks No adequate office space Higher management is stingy, thinks money is coming out of their pocket Very low employer contribution to PF No leave encashments

Management's level of engagement appeared to be directly correlated with an employee's compensation package, which created a sense of disparity within the team. The company's culture seemed to reward sycophantic behavior rather than merit. Overall, is rife with office politics, creating a toxic work environment that can be draining and demoralizing, Potential candidates should proceed with caution and carefully evaluate whether the company's culture aligns with their values and career aspirations. 1. Micro management 2. Good for mid level developers with less package. 3. Management will engage with you based on your package. 4. No work life balance 5. Senior employee and local management dominating immensely. 6. Good for sycophant 7. A height of politics all around.

I love the work culture we have where everyone is appreciated regardless of there position and role based on there performance. You can reflections of your feedback at the end of the year in terms of policy changes and improvements based on yearly employee feedback survey.

Dislikes

I cannot see anything as of now. May be need to make hybrid model bit more flexible for those who commute from different city. Otherwise all good.
