Sudden unplanned works based on project situations very common. Tight execution schedule leads to challenging work pressures. Answering to internal Audits consume quite a lot of work time. Sudden travel to project Sites is very normal.

... simply chat with your colleagues continuously without even doing any work, etc., but, however, you can get not only salary in time but also promotion and other benefits. But, if you are not a Malayali, then please ignore this Company because you will not get anything extra like promotion, etc. but would get a good lunch. People other than Malayali should be ready to work as a slave in MRF. Because, MRF means Malayali Republic Federation and not Madras Rubber Factory. Hence, I humbly request the people other than Malayali NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY forever and waste your career.

Top level management is worst, very bad culture & Job security is none. No respect. Managers are worst they use inappropriate words and No support from the HR department. More pressure for All supervisor If you want work MRF you have to say everytime yes and you have to accept it's all your fault.

1. Seniors make you feel dumb & always want you to leave the company , even they forces you to leave just because of their personal benifits . 2. Sale is simple because product is demanding, but your DM’s & STE’s &SSE’s make you mentally harrass to leave the organisation that is the worst thing in a Market leader company. 3 . Company is old cultured & should be advanced with time . 4. No employee respect , if company will not respect their employees then who will respect them (* their competitors for sure ) 5. Company policy is good but should think about their all designations .
