...ame plant. If you are a fresher this is definitely a good start for your career. The salary package is also a decent one. I was paid around 37k per month in 2021.

...rself. The work life balance is poor. The job is basically that of a supervisor. There will be people with diploma doing the same job as yours but with lower salary package. You would feel over qualified for this type of a job. Consider joining here only if you don't have any other plans for your career. The growth is also slow. Consider all these factors more seriously than the salary package.

You came with experience in one particular field, but here they put in a department where you have 0% knowledge, again you have to learn from the beginning, personally o didn't find and work satisfaction here.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

*Too much partiality between South Indian & others. In Higher post only Southindians are there. Even any other deserves better, they will not give a post . * zero job security * can't bring tiffin Or mobile phone in office.
