Work stress is high. Single weekoff after doing a night shift so you don't get enough time to enjoy a weekoff Work satisfaction is average - you don't feel much satisfied after all the pressure and the constant want from superiors to get more out of you. Poor work culture.

Good working atmosphere, good salary package, There is always a door to approach if we are in trouble. Lot of Opportunities to learn new things.

Culture, senior officers attitude, workers have the right to decide canteen food. But even if we are staffs the only thing we can do is just sit and eat that ugly food and say nothing.

MRF gives job security in a manner that they wouldn't fire anyone who works there. BUT there is a little growth opportunity for Msc candidates anywhere in Mrf. But this firm is a good platform for those who seek job experience.

Dislikes

Work Timing and working hours., Grade change is delayed. Msc, Bsc and Diploma candidates are considered to be on the same grade with same salary which is not acceptable for Msc. Graduates who has spent a lot of effort in pursuing their post graduation. Another Sick thing in MRF is that the above said consideration will not change and they will simply stick to the terms which was established before Jesus christ himself. Please don't choose this company (only forMsc.Chemistry male candidates) and save yourself.
