As a previous employee, I am not satisfied with the culture of superior staff in sales and marketing and someone in operation also But I have good experience also from very less people Payment I'd only satisfactory because as per the living standards it's very less Work life balance is also very bad No enough time to be spend with my family Late sitting in the office on daily basis After so much complaints, company reduce the late sitting for a small period of time and again it changed to the old model It's only possible for those who are staying without family Some days I have reached my home at 1.00 midnight Heavy workload and pressure

Good for freshers, work on relationship, respectful life, salary on time.

Sales people are having own targets But they giving presure to operation staff for achieving their targets. They treat operation staff as sales staff. Regional politics. Salary not good as per workload. Billing, warehouse staff always in presure form OM and DM. Its own policy is just a 1960 work culture. Every were is chaaplusi.... 70% targets is done by billing people but he always sideline and giving just 100 rs for his reward and its late sitting. Only south indian can easy survived Neutral venue staff just plan for 3 years. Every DO is working on saturday. Saturday working is just on paper half day working. HR is shown his face on first day of joining. Then He will forgotten to u. U r the staff ot not. If u r complaint for any one.. They take personally... And partiality happened. Dealers partiality between supply of materials Or cream item.

... without food/accommodation allowance, that was not the best compensation I got. Even though I never thought about the salary I look forward to learn more corporate work strategies.The only reason I left this job was the low salary which remains very low after consuming for my food and accommodation.

Not so many, the only thing is the job Location. They didn't provided even compensation for those who working far away from home town.

... simply chat with your colleagues continuously without even doing any work, etc., but, however, you can get not only salary in time but also promotion and other benefits. But, if you are not a Malayali, then please ignore this Company because you will not get anything extra like promotion, etc. but would get a good lunch. People other than Malayali should be ready to work as a slave in MRF. Because, MRF means Malayali Republic Federation and not Madras Rubber Factory. Hence, I humbly request the people other than Malayali NOT TO JOIN THIS COMPANY forever and waste your career.
