If you are in MA grade, your appraisal and promotion will be slow, you cant take long leave not more than 7 days, ( except emergency) HR department is very slow , for bachelor after 1-2years you will be tried of life

Top level management is worst, very bad culture & Job security is none. No respect. Managers are worst they use inappropriate words and No support from the HR department. More pressure for All supervisor If you want work MRF you have to say everytime yes and you have to accept it's all your fault.

You came with experience in one particular field, but here they put in a department where you have 0% knowledge, again you have to learn from the beginning, personally o didn't find and work satisfaction here.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

*Too much partiality between South Indian & others. In Higher post only Southindians are there. Even any other deserves better, they will not give a post . * zero job security * can't bring tiffin Or mobile phone in office.
