No growth and no increment in salary for motivation. it should be compulsory for production

Good work environment and the culture. Teammates are supportive and the management. There is a lot to learn in the office environment. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair.

Salary is low, there is no growth in the salary part.

Work Culture, Management, Company policies are very nice. The company can re-hire you. The team is very polite and helpful.

Sometimes company fires employees due to cost-cutting. And ask to re-locate another branch.

salary on time on the last day of the month, work life balance is good, get wfh whenever needed, hybrid mode (2 day WFH), sat and sun fixed off, leave policies are good

Dislikes

no career growth, lots of corporate politics, no skill development, project based work if no project possibility of lay off is there, only the one who can butter the seniors can get promotions or appraisals, the senior management crumbles under pressure if not met there yearly revenue so they start shouting on the floor sometimes on the juniors., no constructive feedback is given to the team
